About Me:

Luis Quiroz is a San Francisco–based marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and AI Certified Advisor for the NorCal Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Region. Born in Mexico and raised in Southern California, he brings a deep, lived understanding of small business ownership shaped by his parents’ entrepreneurial journey.

He is the Founder and CEO of Trending Socials, a boutique marketing agency supporting small and medium-sized businesses with social media strategy, digital marketing, and community-driven campaigns. Luis is also the Creator of Mission Lotería, a cultural and economic initiative that partners with local merchants, artists, and the City of San Francisco’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development to deliver events and marketing services that drive visibility and economic activity in the Mission District.

In addition to his advisory work, Luis serves on the Board of Directors for the SOMOSLOUD Bay Area Chapter, a health advocacy organization, where he also acts as Marketing Chair. His work focuses on helping entrepreneurs adopt practical, accessible marketing and AI tools to build sustainable growth.
