Hans Harris is an expert Business, Investment and Real Estate Consultant with over a decade of experience in helping small businesses and nonprofits secure capital and financial sustainability. Hans is an experienced and tested consultant in all facets of commercial financing; including deal structuring and closing, financial investment analysis, negotiation, and market analysis.

Hans began his career in commercial mortgage banking with BB&T in Washington, DC, where he executed high-level production as a Senior Analyst for over $3.5 billion in closed commercial transactions of all major product types, focusing on real estate-driven transactions. Recently (2018-2023), Hans worked as a consultant and employee for investment and financial analysis in the execution of affordable housing projects with successful private and non-profit developers.

Hans graduated from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA, in 2013 with a B.S. with Special Attainments in Commerce in Business Administration/Finance and Philosophy. Additionally, Hans has completed the comprehensive FHA/HUD Multifamily Underwriter Training Program and CCIM Certification.
