Youth Start Smart: Business Planning Class (Marin SBDC)

This 9 session program is designed for youth to help you understand how to start a business and get into the entrepreneurship mindset. Following the Business Model Canvas as a visual guide, you will walk away with an outline of a business plan and steps to implement right away. Specifically, you will gain these skills:

strategic goal setting including determining your vision, mission and action steps for success
marketing tips and techniques to hone in your target clients 
methods to create your PNLs and calculate your breakevens
Tips to manage operations and day-to-day flow
Accountability and overcoming mindset blocks

This is every Tuesday 4:00-5:30pm from March 2- May 4

Instructor Laurie Zerga has advised companies to grow using marketing and sales strategies.  She’s uncovered simple techniques to double sales in as little as three to six months.  She’s works with small solo-entrepreneurs to privately owned companies with 8-figure sales.  She leverages 20 years of corporate background and experience growing her own company, Chef-K Inc. to an international presence.
