  • Shipping: Configure your settings to optimize conversion rates, average order value and profit. We’ll also demystify free shipping and whether it’s a good idea for your business.
  • Inventory management: How to forecast inventory demand so you never sell out.
  • Profitability: How to use Unit Level Economics to drive higher profitability and make better strategic decisions. We’ll also explain how to track shipping profits.
  • Strategic Marketing: Compare social, search, and email marketing so you can prioritize where to focus your time and budget.
  • Traffic vs. Conversions: Evaluate when to focus on driving traffic (clicks) versus improving conversions. 

Instructor Bill Ross is a 20+ year digital marketing veteran with experience ranging from being a Founder/CEO of a high volume BtoC eCommerce business to working as a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon Logistics. Bill has his Master’s Degree in Marketing Information Systems and actively coaches eCommerce clients.
