Learn what it takes to start a business and succeed! Business Planning gives you the basic information on business start-up, business planning, and different types of business plans. Explore planning tools to help you define your unique business vision.

This class is one of a series of three to cover all aspects of starting or growing a small business. It is perfect for those exploring business ownership and want more information about what it takes to run a business. Each class (Business Planning #2608, Legal and Finance #2609, and Marketing #2610) can be taken individually or as a series.

This workshop is provided by Marin SBDC, in partnership with Community and Technical Education at the College of Marin.

Robert Toering has been the chief executive of several successful businesses – one of which he led through a transformation that created growth from $20 million to $120 million in less than two years. He was also the President of a management consulting firm where he helped numerous firms grow, restructure, raise capital, or launch new operations.
Robert is also also teaching Business Basics Series (English): Marketing and Business Basics Series (English): Finance and Legal.
